Yes, it can fax.The manual says it can fax, and it has a fax button. I haven't tried this one, but the All-in-one I had before this one COULD fax, but would not fax because we had Cox as our land line provider. It faxed on a regular analog line, but not digital. You should have no trouble faxing with this model as long as you have a regular analog phone line.
