Does this scanner have a memory built-in? Do I need to worry about deleting the scanned documents from its memory after usage? null

I have been using this at school for online teaching. After using it for several months, it now says the memory is full and won't scan anymore. I can't find out how to fix this. The device has no memory and I have lots of memory on my computer, which is where I download my papers.

As far as I can tell after using the scanner a few weeks now the pictures just go directly into the software and place in the path you specify. There's software called Brother iPrint&Scan. You can set it to put your scans somewhere by default when you start scan from the scanner hardware button. Or you can manage the scanning from the software.
