Our 2011 Brother printer model HL-2270DW looks the same as this. It works w/our apple computers BUT our Air & Pro do NOT have a cd reader. You will n need to download its software?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used this with Apple IOS on mobile devices and have had trouble-free printing. The print quality and speed from those devices are outstanding. I can print faster from them than from my high-end PC workstation. If you're going to use a laptop or desktop MAC you'll need to download the drivers from Brother USA online as many do not have optical disk drives. This machine will work fine as I've installed it before for a newer MAC workstation 4 months ago. In terms of compatibility, I prefer this Brother over any Hp, Samsung and Lexmark contender (in this price range) any day.
