The printers are similar, of course, but differ in connectivity options. The 2320 supports only USB, while the 2370 supports USB, WiFi, WiFi Direct, and wired Ethernet. The 2320 uses a TN630 or TN660 toner cartridge; the 2370 uses TN730/760/770. Other differences: the 2370 can accept heavier bond, and has a slightly faster print speed (36 vs. 30 ppm).
