Yes! The cartridge that comes in the box is a starter cartridge good for appx 700 copies. Just pop it in and start printing! You’ll eventually need to buy a regular cartridge to have on hand for when the starter one runs out.

No ink, just a toner cartridge with black toner. i have had several printers with ink, not worth it as the ink cartridges always dry up and misprint.
