“Printer is not even 2 years old. It gets stuck in "receiving data" message when we try to print. It still can copy and scan to our computers. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but nothing has changed. Anyone else experience this?”

I have experienced printing issues similar to your problem. I suggest that you update your computer, i.e. security updates, driver updates, BIOS updates, uninstall and install the printer again, and replace the cable if applicable. If the problem still persists, contact Brother support.
