“I am not having much success getting this machine up and running. What drivers are needed to be do2nloaded for basic printing, copying and scanning? The machine goes to sleep too often, and I cannot get it operate with any consistency.”

I was able to get the driver from the website. The machine does go to sleep, but does not need any button pressing to get it to wake up. When I send something from the machine, it wakes up (that never happened with my old HP).

The Full Drive & Software Package can be downloaded from the Brother website. Downloading the drivers will depend on the operating system you are using.
