• The Brother PTD410 can print from the computer or using the keypad on the labeler. The labeler supports the following label sizes: 3.5mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, and 18mm.

• No, this model does not require a computer hookup of any kind. As far as the print size, you are limited to the tape size you buy. Up to .75". and with larger tapes, it is easier to print multiple lines and conserve tape.
