Installed new drum, light won't go off on the panel. null

I’ve never had this happen before. I would try taking the cartridge out and putting it back it in to see if that would fix the problem.

Make sure the toner cartridge is secured in the drum. Also check to make sure that all packing tabs have been removed from drum. Turn off and unplug machine the plug in and turn back on making sure door is closed properly.

You need to reset the low toner message on the printer. Look online on how to do it for your particular model.

Did u slide the primer lever back and forth before reinstall

Make sure to follow the instructions on resetting the toner use.
