When checking out, you have the option to "apply rewards certificate"

you can order online and pick up at the store (which i recommend) and show the customer service rep your certificate (from your phone) and they will apply it to the purchase. Thats the way I like to do it so I grantee I got the online price and get my rewards credited for too.

If you go to the store, bring the reward certificate with you, and they will apply the $35.00 at heck out.

I don't know the answer re shipping.

You should have a reward certificate number and upon checkout you enter this number to reduce the amount due. if you are having a huge problem, call customer service and they will walk you through it.

I go to the store and they can pull up any rewards you have on your account and they will take off that amount like a gift card. Very easy and smooth process.

Just enter the certificate number under the bar code.

I assumed it's BestBuy reward. Either you print it out, or go to BestBuy and asked the person at the checkout counter to check your certificate and apply the reward to any product you purchase at BestBuy! :)

If you go into the store they can bring up your reward certificate with your phone number, you don't even need to print it. To use it online you will have to go to the My Best Buy rewards section to get the code to apply.
