“Is the glass karaff the old model style..more rounded? The picture of product shows both styles. Also, I’m having problems applying my coupon. How do I get it to work? Will they accept coupons at store pickup. Thank you.”

• The carafe is the more rounded version, but if you still have the old one it works just fine. We don’t care for the lid on the newer version.

• The 10 Cup Dripfree carafe is the only carafe that we make and goes with all of our Speed Brew and also our HB. I'm not sure what coupon you have, if you are referring to the coupon we gave you, that only applies to our website.
