Q: QuestionWater reservoir empties to fast and it runs over on the counter. What can be done?

• A:Answer Verify the spray head is still in place and snug. Also, don't add an instant coffee such as Via to the basket as it will clog the basket.

Q: QuestionIs the glass karaff the old model style..more rounded? The picture of product shows both styles. Also, I’m having problems applying my coupon. How do I get it to work? Will they accept coupons at store pickup. Thank you.

• A:Answer The carafe is the more rounded version, but if you still have the old one it works just fine. We don’t care for the lid on the newer version.

Q: QuestionWhat parts, if any are dishwasher safe?

• A:Answer I have put the basket and the carafe in the dishwasher. The only problem I have encountered is (with multiple times in the dishwasher) that the cup markings on the carafe will wear off. This is not a bother to me since I only brew full pots of coffee at a time.
