- Answer Hi Mcp1989 - Thanks for viewing Cafe! The Convertible Zone (lower right-hand door) can be used to store your deli items. The Convertible Zone control panel is in the top of the lower right-hand door. Select the desired temperature for the compartment (37F Refrigerator). - Answer Hello- We appreciate your interest in our beautiful 27.4 Cubic Ft. Quad-Door Refrigerator. This model was first introduced in 2020. It hasn't been discontinued but the availability is limited right now. We recommend checking with your local sales associate to get information on availability and where you can see it in person. QuestionIs EACH section/shelf of the Flex Zone customizable? Can I set a different temperature for each -- i.e., use one section for deli meats, the second section for cold beverages , another section for icecream. Ultimately, 3 different temperatures.

- Answer Hello- We appreciate your interest and are happy to help! The Convertible Zone control panel is in the top of the lower right hand door. Select the desired temperature for the compartment. Freezer 0, Refrigerator 37 degrees or Chiller at 42 degrees. The temperature setting is locked by default. The button must be pressed for 3 seconds to unlock it. The Warmer (+) and Cooler (-) buttons can be used to adjust the temperature of each setting. If you have any additional questions in the future, please let us know. We are here to help! Joyce@Cafe
