Probably a little late but yes you can. You just needed enough space from the bottom of the microwave to the top of the stove.(can't remember exactly but 12 or 13 inches I believe)

It's not designed to be built into a cabinet cutout with a cabinet on all four sides of the microwave. We recommend the following platinum glass microwave model: CEB515M2NS5.
