When we first ordered the delivery was set for January. It was moved to April about 3 weeks before delivery. We got all of the notifications for delivery and waited at home. 2 hours after the arrival window we called. They said it hadn’t made it to the store on time and we would have to reschedule. Also they told us that the rest of the week was already full for deliveries so if we didn’t want to go pick it up ourselves then we would have to wait another week (after waiting months). Then it worked for 3 days before it had an error and kept restarting itself. GE couldn’t come out for two weeks. It does work now... a piece of cardboard was stuck in the fan, GE fixed it.
