QuestionI definitely have 14” on the left, but have a refrigerator on the right. There is ~2” cabinet between my current double wall oven and the refrigerator. Will the French doors still open enough to access trays in the oven?

- Answer Oven has a standard 3 wire power cord for direct wire. It was an easy install for me and a buddy for lifting it into place.

- Answer Hi, Good question! We're glad you like this Professional Series Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall Oven, and we'd be happy to help. We found that there is no microwave setting on either oven. There is a Warm option, but we do not suggest using this to heat cold food. You can see more information on cooking modes in the Use and Care manual. QuestionHow difficult is it to change the rack positions? I've never had a "roller" style rack before.

- Answer The racks are very easy to reposition. All you do is push in the locking mechanism on each side and slide out. Very easy!

QuestionCan you have the French doors on the bottom instead of on the top? Our current Dacor double oven has a lower oven low enough that the lower oven door gets sprung, possibly by one of our grandkids sitting on it.

QuestionI’m considering the Cafe CTD90fp2ns1 and the Monogram ZTDX1fpsnss. Wondering how quiet they are and if one is quieter than the other. I see the Monogram has twin fans. I don’t see that in the Cafe. Would this make them more noisy to run and cool down?

QuestionIn 2008, my husband and I bought a 6 burner gas stove w/conv. oven which has an elec.oven. Both loved this Viking beauty until the salesman gave us the tickted price: $9889 plus tax! Said has a Lifetime Warranty. Then I was sold! BUT does it really???

- Answer Hi cooker35 - Thanks for considering Café Model CTD90FP4NW2! This model features Self-Clean with Steam Clean Option so you can choose how to clean your ovens. It also has Proof mode. This mode is designed for rising (fermenting and proofing) bread dough. During the Proof mode, the halogen oven light is illuminated to provide the warm temperature needed to help yeast rise during the proofing process. On convection models, both the convection fan and oven light come on. The oven lights and/or convection fan may cycle on and off during the proof feature.
