A:AnswerTo use Air Fry, select More, then Air Fry, then input the desired set temperature and press Start. The temperature can be set between 300°F and 500°F. Preheating is not necessary for this mode. Follow recipe or package guidelines for set temperatures and cook times; adjust cook time to achieve your desired crispness. Additional guidelines for using this mode can be found in the Cooking Guide on page 16 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. A:AnswerThis Café oven already comes with two extension racks. You're welcome to purchase an additional rack but we're not sure if you'll have enough space to fit a third rack in the oven.

Our store order number was Order Number:1122188464615. We purchased several pieces and all were delivered in December. Our kitchen remodel is just now ready for them to be installed.

Regardless of the unit you place above it, you need at least 2" of space in between the two units (top of oven and bottom of advantium).
