• So far GameStop is the only place offering a steel book with preorder but that could change as Best Buy is known for doing steel books so keep looking.

• Gamestop apparently are handing out Steelbooks as a pre-order gift of the standard physical edition. Vault Edition is for Digital pre-orders only (Activision is ruining CoD). Keep a look out for a limited edition of this title. I'm assuming that one will have the steelbook, vault bonuses and someone else with it. they did the same for the recent Modern Warfare release,
