• Hey buddy, unfortunately you can't preload the game without putting the disc in and starting the install. Only time you can preload the game before is if you preordered through the xbox live store.

• Unfortunately with physical releases Xbox, at this time, does not have a system to preload the game. It will download faster than your internet connection from the disc but you'll still have to wait a little bit.
