• Use any USB-mini cable eg. from an external harddrive or Android phone. Don't buy one.

• It's just a regular cable nothing proprietary ...it appears to us.

• that yellow cable works well between my smartphone and an external speaker. Try a standard cable with jacks like you had on the yellow cable.

• Yellow set up cable is not the same as an audio (stereo) cable which has 3 sections. Grd, Rt, Left. It has 4 sections which are probably Grd, Send, Recv, Rdy/Busy. Just a guess.
