Same, I called today and opened a case with a ticket number to not cancel my order as I'm sure I'm waiting in line as well. Rep came back and said the order will not be canceled and shipping date is changed from 10/30 to 11/19...but would usually ship before then.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this happened to me. What made mine worse was that I had a discount applied to the order and they still cancel it. I tried calling about it and was transferred to 5 different representatives. It's annoying because I been buying camera gear from best buy for a while now and I always seem to have problems with my orders.
