“Is there an option for a Battery Grip for the R6 II? If no, how long will the batteriy last...assuming it has only space for 1. I shoot a lot of events and hate changing out batteries mid shoot.”

Yes this camera uses the BG-R10 battery grip. The same as the R6-I and the R5.
