Lots of new DSLRs including this one allow you to liveview from an Apple or Android device via an app. There are programs like "BlueStacks" that allow a program on your PC to pretend your computer is an Android(emulator). I plan to try installing the Canon app on BlueStacks or equivalent to do exactly what you are looking for(I think liveViewing from a 12" Surface Pro which runs windows 10 not android, would be cool)
