You can print color graphics and casual photos at acceptable quality for everyday use, but it doesn’t match the photo-quality output you’d get from an inkjet photo printer, especially for high-resolution images or glossy photo paper. Most color lasers are better suited for color documents.

There exists a photo copier option (scanner) if you lift the printing bed on the top side. See a video if you need help, it’s a popular printer. Even in calibration it shows you how to use it.
