QuestionIs this suitable for home printing or an overkill? We would print maximum 20 pages a month, i am considering this or the Canon MF642cdw but given this is a newer model the technology should be much better on this too.

QuestionI purchased one of these printers and it gives me a error avd says to unplug the printer and when I plug it in everything is fine until I get the error again . Any thoughts on how to fix this ?

- Answer This printer can handle either letter it legal paper but not at the same time. It has a single tray but that tray will handle either size.

- Answer it does do duplex printing (double sided) without any user intervention (provided that's what you've told it to do in the print dialog box that comes up in the app. you're printing from.)

QuestionWill this printer work on a Google Chromebook with Google Cloud Print?

- Answer I was unable to print from Google Cloud Print. I had to "make document available offline" or download the document from Google Cloud to my tablet or phone in order to print. Note, my printer is setup on local WiFi and can be seen by all my laptops and Android devices. I believe that a thorough search of the Canon manual (over 700 pages) may give you the steps necessary to print from a Cloud. You'll need all IP address info, etc. to set it up. I have not resolved.

- Answer The product dimension are 18in height and 17in wide. This will not work for your space. I’m not sure what printer will fit your requirements and it also depends on what specifications you’re looking for in a printer. Once you have determined what type of printer you need, look under the specification link for the product and it should give you the height, width and weight Info. Hope this helps a little.

- Answer No idea, but it has to be a lot. My daughter has printed about 50 8 “x 11 1/2” prints and the toner level is still 100%.

- Answer Max is 8.5 x 11 or 8.5 x 14. This will NOT accommodate 11 x 14 or 11 x 17.
