Yes, however you will need to use specific paper to get good prints. It may take trial and error to find the best papers. I have used glossy and matte waterproof inkjet sticker paper and quality is fantastic and I did not have problems with ink bleeding when I tested the paper underwater. On basic matte paper it was just okay. I was not blown away. Matte cardstock the colors were dark. I was not crazy about the outcome. I will have to look around to find a good cardstock to run. They make cardstock for inkjet printers. It needs to be something that will absorb the inks well.
