• I’m not sure, but I have been having the same problem. The pictures come out dark for me so I have to mess with the filters on the app. The first few times that I have used it, it was fine and printed good,then few uses after,it started printing darker

• I just purchased this printer about a month ago and have no problems with the photos. So my guess would be the paper. I have only used the Canon Ivy Zink paper. Be sure you place the blue card in the bottom first. Hope this helps!
