“does the ink smear when water gets on it? or is it pigmented to the point to being "set" as in waterproof?”

I have never had the occasion to test whether the ink when printed is waterproof. However a few random drops of water don’t cause smearing. Because most of my printing is on plain 20# paper, I feel it’s prudent to avoid water as the paper itself is not waterproof.
