“I have the Canon TR8520. Informatiom says it is eligible for Easy Replenish program. However when I try to set up my printer, I get an error notice saying no service is available for this printer. What am I doing wrong? I followed the instructions.”

First, I would recommend checking for firmware updates for your machine. Once you have that updated, restart the machine and then try again. (You may need to search for it and step/instruction for you specific machine directly on the manufacturer's website.) Good luck!
