On average about 400 pages depending on the page printed a full page or printed matter which takes up only a half page.

No we do not print hundreds of pages going by the amount of paper used it's in the 50-60 pages per PGBK cartridge. More Canon garbage that I'm stuck with because my boss is a moron.

In other words, if you print a solid black page you will get many fewer pages than if you printed a short memo. I will tell you that the XL cartridges are a better buy than standard cartridges.
