When sending a fax, I get a report stating there's an error and the "line is busy". The machine also reads "Offhook" I asked a coworker to try faxing me and I received it. Tried sending one to him and nothing. This is very frustrating, please help! null

I haven’t used the fax mode yet but if you call the Canon tech support they will help. I called them for a different issue and they were great.

I never got that far. It said it wasn’t comparable with my computer!
