• It comes with ink. But it does not come with the USB cord to connect it to the computer.

• THis printer works good to great, depending upon your needs. But it guzzles more "ink" than a race car. Cheap to buy but very expensive to operate.

• yes it does.it does not come with the printer cable tho.you will need one it comes with a black and a color starter cartridge
