- Answer Go to the maintanance tab in printing preferences and choose cleaning. AIf that doesn't work, try print head alignment. usually the cleaning or deep cleaning works for me. If not, it may be time to change cartridge.

- Answer If you're not using the wifi connection, then you need a usb printer cable to connect printer to computer. That's not included & must buy separately.
