• A:Answer your desktop and printer will need to be on the same network. you can only connect this printer to Wi-Fi using a WPS button so if you do not have a WPS button on your router, you will not be able to print wirelessly. you can connect using a USB cable to your desktop.

• A:Answer Remanufactured ink cartridges will work as long as they are for the same model. Not sure about similar cartridges, if you could hold the cartridges, the empty cartridge from your printer and the similar one that you are inquiring about, side by side and examine them it would probably answer your question.
