Will this printer work with cardstock paper? null

Probably one at a time if it's pretty thick; feeder if it's more like business grade paper.

I don't see why it shouldn't or couldn't. I haven't tested it, but the new printer does include a small package of 8.5x11 thick stock paper. So it should, but will probably vary depending on thickness.
