I changed all inks and printer still doesn’t work null

Try hard resetting your printer. 1) Turn printer off. 2) Push and hold down the Power button and click on the STOP button 5 times. 3) It should reboot automatically but if not then turn the printer on. If you tried all these steps and it still doesn't work then you're in a jam bc your printer is most likely broken. It happened to my Cannon PIXMA MX 479 and that was the reason why I bought this printer. I hope it's still in warranty for your sake. Good Luck!

Call Canon, I had a slight problem with mine and Canon service rep was great and the printer works like a champ.
