“Can this printer be set to use black ink only without using any color ink for plain black text or does it use up the color ink just by printing black text? Does the fax have to be sent over the internet or sent with an old fashioned telephone line?”

It has black/color buttons, but I’m not sure if it’s only for fax. I tried to check it but given the fax froze the system, I can’t do anything until I add paper and let it use the ink which 2 short fax failure prints used 25% of the ink already.
