“I purchased a canon TS6420 printer. I will return it unless I can print with it. It is not easy to set up as you advertise unfortunately. It's will print the test sheet but I can't get it to print from the desk top.”

I downloaded the canon app on my phone and it walked me through the setup for printing from phone, laptop, or desktop!
