“I placed an order just now for this printer. My husband says it has to be compatible with 5G wifi. Ours is currently too old but is wireless. I can not see where this one says it is compatible with 5G just that it is wireless. I may need to cancel.”

There ihas been some confusion with "5g". Mobile phones connect to your phone carrier, i.e. Verizon, Sprint T-Mobile etc. network using 4g or 5g speed. 5g is the latest speed upgrade to mobile phone network. You router in your home transmits 2.4g and 5.0g signals. I connected my Samsung Galaxy A10e and printer to my computer via the 5g Wi-Fi router setting (should also work using 2.4g setting). My phone is not on the phone carrier 5g network, it is on the 4g network.
