“The last point-and-shoot camera I had was terrible when it came to shooting subjects with any sort of motion. Nearly always came out blurry. How is this one for that? And is the shutter time adjustable?”

These cameras take wonderful photos AND videos. Not sure why yours come out blurry unless you're not holding it steady?
