• Absolutely not. Upgrade your camera if you want to use RF mount lenses. Alternatively, there is an adapter that would allow you to use the older EF and EF-S lenses with an M50 camera.

• No. You'd have to design and build your own. Your best bet is finding a suitable EF mount lens (made by Canon or a third party manufacturer, e.g. Sigma's EF 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM) and using an EF to EF-M mount adapter.
