the newly develop RF50 1.8 is sharper than the old ef mount 50 1.8 . however with the technology this lens is a lot faster. If you dont want to expend the extra money and you already own the ef 50mm 1.8 and have the adapter it will work just fine in any mirrorless camera.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you're using a RF mount camera, using this - instead of an adapted EF lens - will take full advantage of your camera's full frame capabilities. When you adapt lenses there is a small crop factor due to the adapter you're using.
