“If this camera does not support livestream, then which one will? Something with like this that I can mount on a tri-pod, and connect to laptop also. Any thing but a webcam!”

This and most all camcorders now have HDMI output. It is up to your computer more than the camera. You will have to have a capture card or usb device for your laptop. The one nice thing about this camera is that it has a microphone input which most do not. For live streaming that's good feature.
