A:AnswerNo it doesn't so you'd have to allow times he can use it. You can however make it so he only receives calls on it by simply putting the security on. It has great reception. I'd like to add that I really didn't know any phones had parental control. I think kids can become extremely addictive to games so it's a big deal giving a kid a phone.
