Download an app from your play store on both phones ,I'm not sure but u may have a preloaded one on the phones already, they have several different ones to choose from
If you have a media card or your SIM card on ur old phone save ur contacts and photos etc..by importing it then take your media r/both cards out ol old card place them in ur new phone hit exporting it should all transfere to ur new phone

If you have google backup you can just log into your Google backup account find the setting for backing up your data or contacts & pictures hit download be sure you back up your old phone before trying if u doubt have google back up download it on ur old phone if your old phone work
You can do it the simple/old way and Bluetooth them from your old phone to ur new one
