“Looking for a telescope to see some planets such as saturn. It is suppose to be visible with the naked eye and looking for a telescope that might be able to see the rings. Is this the right telescope?”

No, this is only for the sun. The strong filter needed to safely view the sun blocks out so much light that you won't see anything if using this as a night sky telescope. To view saturn, look for a telescope that isn't advertised as a solar safe scope.
