“Can the kettle be placed in Refrigerator? If so, does pour spout have flap to seal out Refrig smells? I was looking for brewed tasting iced tea.”

Max - it has a screen, but not a flap at the pour spout. I've not put ours in the fridge, but I see no reason you couldn't. However, it sounds like it wouldn't seal out the fridge smells as well as you'd like. Functionally it's great, and BB has had it on sale a couple of times for a great price. I did also notice a different brand on another deal of the day sale, but since we'd bought this one, I didn't look closer, so I can't say if it seals the top better or not . . .
