• You would need to test swivel on mount. It has a fairly wide view in front.

• no the dock does not allow it to rotate it only has an up and down angle adjustment

• The Cobra dash cam is fixed in place using strong two-sided tape. It can be moved but should not be removed and redirected while you are driving.

• The camera will tilt vertically, but not side to side on the mount. It can be removed from the mount without loosing power.
