Issue continues, Best Buy in Framingham told us to make sure auto lights are in off position so the parking light does not remain on when car is shut off. This shouldn't be the solution but we tried it and it did not work. The parking light remains on after car is shut off. Problem is you don't realize it's on, walk away from the car and drain the battery. Called Framingham Best Buy back and still trying to get them to look at the car because they are so backed up with appointments to install. I understand they are busy but what are they doing to address issues for customers? Not having a good experience up to this date. Can't recommend their service or the product yet.
