When I purchased the remote starter from Best Buy, I went back to their Car Installation area and set up an appointment. One of the technicians informed me that only the Florence location and one other location in Cincinnati is continuing installing these types of products, remote starters, radios, speakers, etc. I showed up at the scheduled time and the installation was performed on time and efficiently. Works great. MJM
