IF CUSTOMERS COMING BACK IS SO IMPORTANT THEN WHY WHEN I ATTEMPTED (4 times) DID MY CALLS KEPT TRANSFERRING TO THE PHILLIPINES…? ARE THEY SO BUST ONE PERSON IN THE STORE CAN NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND DO SCHEDULING…THIS DOES NOT PROMOTE MY GOING BACK AS A CUSTOMER… HIRE AMERICAN TO TAKE CALLS IF YOU WANT THIS AMERICAN AS A CUSTOMER AGAIN……..
